Its been a long since I started working with @TheArenaApp...
Since December 2023, I’ve been building in a zero-to-one environment, taking ownership, and operating in a high-intensity setup where expectations were high and the margin for error was low.

Hello fellas!
As we wrap up 2025, I want to inform you some widely known things and a few inside information...
We saw what very few ecosystems ever experience in a single cycle: an all-time high, an all-time low, and a market environment that wiped out entire crypto companies overnight. And yet, even near ATL, the community kept growing.
how? and more importantly why?
I sat down, did some data analysis, nothing obvious came up, dived deep, then things got clearer, and kind of messy and neither understandable nor believable.
Its not trading, its not posting, its not streaming, not really any specific feature, then what? I can't tell the exact reason, not sure if I have the words to share this, but I validated my results by interacting with users.
Then I spoke to 15 users over the last 8–10 hours.
And it became clear: The Arena isn’t just a platform.
In different moments and situations, people come here to think better, find clarity, and move forward, sometimes through answers, sometimes through perspective, sometimes just by feeling included and not alone.
This doesn't summarize for all users. Every person has their own reason to stay, thats what I personally call "success".
These conversations reminded me why building and engaging with this community is something I’m deeply excited about, not just for 2026, but for the years ahead.
We’re building some things you’re going to love, but I am really more into knowing "what interests you the most here?", I bet for most of users, its not going to be a specific feature. Data never lies.
