BTC traders, chill your tits for a second.
This is where people get smoked chasing candles with zero context.
Algo rhythm is simple:
accumulation → manipulation → distribution
What does that mean?
• Accumulation = price builds a base, loads liquidity, gets people bored
• Manipulation = price pushes hard into a level/imbalance/liquidity pocket to bait traders the wrong way
• Distribution = the real delivery happens after the trap is set
So when you see a violent move up, that does NOT automatically mean strength.
Sometimes that rip is just the manipulation leg, pushing into bearish imbalance, sweeping highs, sucking in breakout longs, then dumping on their heads.
That’s why this area matters.
If price is running up into overhead bearish inefficiency / volume imbalance, you should be asking:
is this real expansion… or are they just loading the trap?
Don’t trade like a lab rat slamming the food button every time a green candle appears.
Read the rhythm.
