First of all, Iβm concerned about the 0.5% fee for staking and unstaking a token Iβve held for two years. Given the tokenβs performance, the additional cost feels difficult to justify.
Iβm also unclear on why staking now requires users to trust a third party with their funds when the functionality was previously built into
@TheArenaApp.
I trust Jason, but Iβm less comfortable relying on unrelated AVAX third parties to custody or manage my funds. From a user perspective, this appears to be a downgrade in both UX and trust assumptions, although I may be missing some context.
